Ultrasonic Welding Capacity Expanded

We have added an additional Stapla Ultrasonic wire welder to increase our wire harness building capacity. We utilize ultrasonic metal welding, or UMW, technology to fuse wire junctions rather than using crimp-style connectors. Ultrasonic welding is environmentally friendly, produces no waste, and is economical to use. UMW also produces connection points that are more reliable and far less bulky than those created by crimp connectors.

The ultrasonic welder is fully programmable. By having a library of programs, we produce highly reliable, repeatable connections. Doing so contributes to high quality, high reliability wire products for our customers.
